“We had 20+ year old carpet in our house that badly needed replacement, and we opted to go with laminate or vinyl flooring instead. We shopped around with several companies in the area, and decided to go with Nagl because of their excellent service and competitive price. Boston in their sales office was super informative, and low pressure. He walked us through all of our options, there are a ton of them but he gave us a good breakdown and helped steer us towards the right solution for us. At all times my impression was that their priority was getting us a product and price that was a good fit for us, not selling us the most expensive options. Their installers were pros who did great work. The layout of our house made the install challenging, so the job took a bit longer than expected, but the team came back on a Saturday so that the job would be finished as soon as possible. In my experience timelines almost always go long on a project like this, but what's important is how the company handles it, and Nagl aced it.
